MPE’s passion for beauty has guided us over the years to work with materials valued by designers and artists for the creation of design objects that can be both practical and aesthetically pleasing. EPP, thanks to its lightness, resistance, flexibility and aesthetic beauty is the ideal material for the creation of indoor and outdoor solutions. It is particularly suitable for objects who's function is to protect from impacts and reduce noise. It is versatile, so it can take different shapes and be used for different applications.
It's multi-coloured and, most importantly, it's durable. It extends the life of the product and it's fully recyclable. For all these reasons, EPP is considered the ideal material for creating without limits. Outdoor kitchen
MPE supported the client in the development of this project, working with the design studio with the sole aim of finding the best solutions to create Freya, the outdoor kitchen from Fjordsen.
EUR is a modular bookcase created by the designer Giulio Iacchetti for Magis. It’s composed of standard modules that can be stacked and placed side by side, giving the freedom to create different combinations.

Thanks to its versatility and lightness, because of its expanded polypropylene construction, it can be used as a typical bookcase or as a modular partition that can be assembled vertically or horizontally.
Made from expanded polypropylene and weighing just 850 grams, it is the perfect combination of lightness and strength.
