PP/EPP
PP/EPP (when expanded)
A high-performance plastic material, suitable for different applications. It has a high load capacity, exceptional shock absorption and efficient insulating properties for both acoustics and temperature. It is also 100% recyclable. Due to these characteristics it is used in many different industries: automotive, logistics, thermo-hydraulics, food, medical, design, construction and catering.

Applications
Interior design
Automotive
Logistica
Building & Construction
Catering
Thermohydraulics
Advantages and Characteristics

Resistent
EPP provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, offering superior load-bearing capacity and efficient use of weight and volume.

Light
EPP is an ultralight material. Its inherent lightness allows significant reductions in the weight of the finished product with substantial increases in strength and efficiency.

Acoustic isolating
Noise reduction in EPP's porous version guarantees excellent performance in the automotive industry.

Thermal isolating
Thermal insulation is crucial in applications where temperature resistance is vital, and expanded polypropylene provides high thermal insulation.

Recyclable
EPP is a 100% recyclable material.
PS/EPS
PS/EPS (when expanded)
This material possesses excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength, dielectric capabilities, lightweight, fire retardant properties, durability (retaining its properties for 50 years), nontoxicity, and moldability. It can be easily molded and comes in various colors. Due to its versatile nature, it is utilized for manufacturing insulating panels in construction, packaging, food packaging, helmet interiors, and handling trays. Furthermore, it is 100% recyclable.

EPS Biomass Balance by BASF
EPS BMB
The Biomass Balance (BMB) method by BASF replaces primary fossil sources with certified renewable sources (biomass, organic waste, production waste) from the beginning of the supply chain. This results in raw materials that help reduce CO2 emissions. The amount of raw material used determines how “environmentally friendly” the products are. BMB EPS is 100% recyclable, versatile, water-repellent, and resistant to aging. Products made from BMB EPS are lightweight, easy to install, and provide excellent heat and cold insulation.

Advantages and characteristics

Resistant
Excellent elasticity enables great energy absorption, resulting in impressive impact resistance.

Light
Given that it is composed of 98% air, it is extremely lightweight, making it ideal for handling and reducing transportation costs.

Insulating
Ideal for protecting and safeguarding the freshness of food products.

Hygienic
Its closed-cell structure ensures the absence of mould and germs, contains no CFCs or HCFCs, and complies with all legal requirements for food packaging.

Recyclable
After use, it can be 100 % recycled and used for new packaging, lighter materials for construction, or new growth media.
TPU/ETPU
TPU/ETPU (when expanded)
It is a type of foam material with very interesting characteristics. It has excellent energy return, long life, and a very low specific gravity. This foam is perfect for making the soles of sports shoes, providing improved performance, less muscle fatigue, and greater comfort. It can be used as protection in sports equipment, in anti-puncture systems for bicycle tires, in sports mats, for pet toys, and more.

Applications
Shoe soles
Pet toys
Protection
Advantages and Characteristics

Resistant
Strong wear resistance, great hardness, strength and durability. Great tensile strength.

Water and oil resistant
Being water and oil resistant, it can be used in wet or oily environments.

Processability
It can be transformed into various products using methods such as injection moulding, extrusion, and calendering to meet diverse application needs.

Elasticity
Elastico e resiliente, l'ETPU può ridurre efficamente e le vibrazioni. Ideale per proteggere oggetti o aumentare il grado di comfort dei piedi se utilizzato per la suole delle scarpe.

Recyclable
After use, it can be 100 % recycled and used for new packaging, lighter materials for construction, or new growth media.
PE/RPET
PE
Known as Polyethylene, this material is usually used to produce common objects like bottles and containers, pipes, valves, toys, appliances and more. It’s thermoplastic, versatile and it has a great resistance to low temperatures, traction, abrasion and is non-toxic and waterproof.
PE for sound-absorbing panels
This material is made entirely of recycled polyester fiber. It has a high capacity to absorb sound from medium and low frequencies, is non-toxic, and water-repellent. It is produced by recycling pre- and post-consumer materials and is particularly suitable for making sound-absorbing panels such as Primate's Silentium.
rPET
polyethylene terephthalate is commonly used to produce recycled plastic bottles. It is an environmentally friendly material obtained by reusing PET bottles after they are sorted, washed, chopped, and melted, further reducing CO2 emissions.
PE+rPET
Thanks to the combination of two materials, it is possible to create insulating acoustic panels with high soundproofing capabilities. These panels are sound-absorbing, elastic, and resistant to compression, making them also suitable for applications like renovating floors.
